I’ve been in the baking industry for 24 years and still love it as much as when I first started.  I specialize in wedding cakes and celebration cakes for all occations.  I also work as a food stylist, specializing in baked goods.

It’s not often that I make the same cake twice, most cakes are designed together with the client according to their specifications and budget.  As far as flavours go…the sky is the limit.  There are some really popular “go to” flavours that I make all the time however, if you love a particular flavour profile well…that’s what we’ll make!

When it comes to flavours, let your imagination run wild!!  I don’t have a set list of flavour options because, I’m believe that any flavour is possible.  However, if your having trouble dreaming something up…here is a list of tried and true favourites:

• classic vanilla
• classic chocolate
• chocolate fuge
• lemon
• strawberries and cream
• mocha
• pina colada
• key lime
• parlines and cream
• raspberry lemon

And the list goes on and on…and yes, each tier can be a different flavour!!
